ASSISTANT MANAGER - CREDIT

We have a requirement for Assistant Manager - Credit to assist the Credit Department in processing of all credit proposals. The candidate should be a CA / MBA (Finance) with at least 1 to 2 years experience. Experience should be in service relating to trade finance, commercial banking or working capital lending activity. Familiarity with credit requirement and processing in an automated environment is essential.

The Candidate will be expected to:

  • Evaluate credit proposals and recommend appropriately to Head Credit. Evaluation of the proposals to be based on the financial and industry analysis of the prospective/existing clients of the Company.
  • Coordinate with the Legal and Client Relationship team to establish proper risk management standards and audit controls for the client portfolio
  • Report credit / risk management variances to Head Credit
  • Supervise internal audit controls for company and oversee survey audit of clients when required
  • Preparing Management Credit Reports and trade analysis of the portfolio
  • And such other responsibilities as may be decided by Head Credit.


 
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We have a requirement for Business Development Manager for our Hyderabad Office. The candidate should be Post Graduate, CA or MBA (Finance) with 4 -5 years experience in a high energy environment of sales and marketing. Experience should be in service relating to trade finance, commercial banking or working capital lending activity. Familiarity with credit processes and requirements in an automated environment is essential.

The Candidate will be expected to:

  1. Manage sales effort to meet or exceed new business goals and implement marketing strategies to assist company in attaining sales goals and creating education and awareness.
  2. Develop new business strategies in marketing for the company
  3. Awareness of market intelligence regarding forfaiting, factoring, competitors and related activity
  4. Price and structure deals. Uses technologies to create an efficient and effective new business and marketing effort.
  5. Advise the Company Mangement as to industry information and trends
  6. Liaise closely with credit and client administration to insure proper credit and documentary standards are met.


 
MANAGER - ACCOUNTS

We have a requirement of an Accounts Manager. The Candidate should be a commerce Graduate / Inter CA with 2 to 3 years experience in Accounts Dept. of corporate or financial services companies. Experience should be in a corporate environment with good working knowledge relating to TDS calculations/payments, bank reconciliation and must have good working knowledge/experience of Tally 6.3.

The candidate will be expected to:

  • Independent handling of accounting transactions and good knowledge of Indian accounting standards essential
  • Handle /verification of all data entry & Bank reconciliation 1/18/2006
  • Handle matters relating to TDS
  • Housekeeping of documents
  • MIS


 
HEAD - INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT)

We have an opening for a Head - Information Technology at our Mumbai office, who would be required to manage and maintain our internal applications. GTF's business runs in an automated environment and is in the process of implementing an enterprise wide system integrating with the operations applications

Your Profile:

Yous should be a MSC or PHD in IT related subject with exposure to trade finance or capital market preferably with 8 -10 years experience with at least 3 years in management ideally in a small / medium sized international company. The candidate should also have strong IT project management skills with exposure to the full project life-cycle. Successful implementation of atleast 3 major IT projects. Should have good budget management, cost control and negotiation skills. The job requires good technical knowledge of and practical experience in working with:
  • VPN
  • Windows 2000 network environment
  • Server knowledge of: Windows 2000 server, SQL server 2000, Lotus Domino mail server/Tomcat (website),
  • SUN based Gauntlet firewall administration,
  • Cisco series routers and switches
Working knowledge of the software applications used would be an advantage - MS Office 2000, Oracle Database and Lotus Notes

You will be reporting directly to the MD and will be expected to :
  • Maintain existing hardware / software & specify requirements
  • Specify networking requirements
  • Procure Handware and software and negotiate contracts,
  • Manage various IT sub-contractors including electrical installations as well as all voice and data communications
  • Install Systems & provide operation support
  • Specify and implement software development
  • Liaise with software developer for specifying user requirements, testing and implementation of various modules
  • Continuous enhancement of the IT infrastructure

  • Assist Business Development Manager (BDM) in their marketing activity.
  • Handle all business enquiries and respond promptly.
  • Assist BDMs in preparing credit proposals.
  • Liaise with credit and client administration department to ensure proper credit and documentary standards are met.
  • Assist BDM with day to day office administration
